SDC Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions (T&C) contained herein along with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, form an Agreement regulating our relationship with regard to the use of Sreedevi Communications Pvt Ltd (SDC) Services by you.


You are advised to regularly check for any amendments or updates to the terms and conditions from time to time. SDC may add to or change or update these Terms of Use, from time to time entirely at its own discretion. You are responsible for checking these Terms of Use periodically to remain in compliance with these terms. Your use of a Site after any amendment to the Terms of Use shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and you also agree to be bound by any such changes/revisions.

The Agreement between you and SDC
  • Registration: Registration of the user on the website is mandatory. The User agrees and undertakes at all the times to be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and user id and shall be fully responsible for all activities that occur by use of such password or user id.
  • Further the user agrees not to use any other party’s user id and Password for any purpose whatsoever regardless of any authorization form such party.
  • The User agrees to provide authentic and true information. SDC reserves the rights to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of the time. If upon confirmation such User details are found not to be true (wholly or partly) , SDC has full rights to deactivate the connection.
  • The User agrees to: (a) provide true, accurate and complete information about himself and his beneficiaries are prompted by the registration form (funnel form) (b) Maintain and promptly update the Registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If the user provides any

Refund Policy

Refund, if applicable, at the discretion of the management.

In case of double payment: Excess payment will be refunded as per company policies once dual payment is confirmed by the department of accounts. It will be refunded within 3 working days in original payment method by the customer.

In case of plan alteration: In case customer wants to upgrade their plan, amount will be deducted, from the date of activation to till date of upgrade of plan, on proportionately. Balance amount will be adjusted to the upgrade plan subject to confirmation received from respective distributor/dealer of SDC. No refund and adjustment will be allowed in case of plan downgrade.

SDC is always right to reserve customer privacy. For the purpose of this policy, sensitive personal data or information, passwords or authentication information for any of our services etc., has been considered as a part of personal information.

This privacy policy describes the personal information which we may collect and provides our approach towards handling and usage of or dealing with the same in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.

We adopt reasonable security practices and procedures in line with the applicable standards to include technical, operational, managerial and physical security control in order to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
